HOW TO FORM RFC

I have a dealership that has been in operation for 20 years: 95% BHPH, 5% CASH. I am looking to open RFC and have no idea where to start beyond creating LLC/Corp. Any thoughts and or suggections?

Yes. You need to contact CliftonLarsonAllen ,888-529-2648 tell them what you want to do. The main office will direct you to the right person,possibly David Keller or David Wiggins. they will help you set up your RFC.
